A paper exercise that pupils can use to show how genes (on individual chromosomes) can be sorted and resorted during reproduction - the idea of dominant and recessive alleles, including sex chromosome, then follows naturally

Pupils lay down, talk, draw, cutout, run around, talk some more, use glue - and in doing so will learn the names, positions and functions of the organs of the human body. The teacher - they just lay out the materials, give a little guidance, and watch the students engage and learn.

These word games engage pupils in becoming familiar with the 22 names of bones in the human body, as well as muscles and joints. The games include tag game, where pupils enjoy labeling a complete skeleton, a dozen different models, several tile-matching games, and a diy crossword (watch every pupil give the meaning of at least a dozen subject-specific words!)
